CANCELLATION POLICY

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Customers can return or exchange their order within 7 days of the order delivery.
  • In case you need to exchange it for the same product in a different size, then you can mail us at care@pagalpuntee.com
  • All the returns must be in unused condition.
  • The product amount will be credited back to your account after receiving the products and a successful quality check.
  • Refund of shipping charges isn’t applicable and the amount would be deducted from the product's amount.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • You can directly cancel the COD orders before it gets shipped from your registered account.
  • For prepaid orders, we request you to contact our customer support team at care@pagalpuntee.com 
  • If your order is already shipped, We are unable to cancel it. In this case, you can return the product or can also exchange it for something else.

REFUND POLICY

  • You can ask for an online refund against any of your orders within 07 days of its date of delivery.
  • The refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours once we receive your product.
  • The product amount will be credited back to your account after receiving the products and successful quality check.
  • Refund of shipping charges isn’t applicable and the amount would be deducted from the product's amount.
  • We'll update through email once we initiate the online refund procedure.
